Travel Tailor is a tailor-made travel planning format. I, Yaroslava Volkova, travel curator and photographer, build it around one person, a couple or a family — starting with the question "where should we even fly?". You come to me not with a country, but with a mood and a budget: 20% culture and 80% adrenaline, great food with no tourists from home, a hotel in a castle or an old church with a bed in it. I pick the country and the resort by climate and by what you want, the hotel by its character, the points on the map — where you must go and where you go if you feel like it. No schedule, but clear anchor points.
You stay in control. But you don't get lost in the endless options online, you don't spend a week on research, and you don't spend your holiday fixing the plan when something goes wrong. The frame holds; the menu gives you the choice.

What do you want from your holiday: culture, food, party, adrenaline - or all of them, in your own mix? Then it's my job: a country or resort that fits the climate and your wishes; a hotel with character — a castle, an old church, or fancy hostel; unique points on the map marked "must" and "if you feel like it"; useful apps and life hacks for that country. All to your mood and your budget.

Online GUIDE
Everything in the Trip Menu, plus I stay on the line for the whole trip. I call the restaurant myself, check if it's open, and book your table. I find a bar for the evening when you've seen everything but don't want to sleep yet. I find local guides and transfers so someone takes care of you. You travel on your own, but not alone.

I design the program, we agree on it, and then all the hassle is mine. Your job is to enjoy the kaleidoscope around you. On these trips there are hidden pearls, unexpected turns in the story, great content — I am a photographer, after all — and a full reset.

How the adaptive menu works
The trip frame is fixed: dates, route, where you sleep, key points — the things you can't change on the go without losing something.
Everything else is the menu. Dinner, the afternoon, the evening, "go on or stay" — at each of these points there is not one option but two or three, each checked in person. You choose by how you feel, not by a plan written at a desk a month ago.
Like a restaurant: the menu is ready, the kitchen is working, but what you order tonight — you decide tonight.

People who need a "top 10 must-see" list. People who want everything decided for them. People who travel to check things off a list.
tour designer
A tour designer builds one ready trip. I can do that too, but I give more: choice and freedom inside the trip.
concierge
A concierge books your wishes and recommends their partners. A "free" travel agent is free because the hotel pays them — so they will offer the hotel that pays more. I am on the traveler's side: I look for special offers that fit your wishes, not someone's commission.
package tour
A package tour is a different league — nothing to compare. We can walk the same famous places and come home with completely different memories.
Who is behind Travel Tailor
Yaroslava Volkova is a travel curator and photographer with 18 years of shooting in Ukraine, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, Georgia and the UAE, and a former tour guide. She lives in Dubai and works online and on the road. Founder of YARAVERSES. She builds routes with her own eyes, not by rating: photography here is not a bonus to the trip, it is a way of seeing.

Three. The Trip Menu — personal selection of country, hotel, map points and life hacks; you travel on your own. The Guardian Angel — the same, plus support on the line for the whole trip: restaurant bookings, bars, local guides, transfers. The Hosted Trip — up to 8 people, Yaroslava travels with you and takes all the hassle.
How is Travel Tailor different from a travel designer or a travel concierge?
A concierge books your wishes and recommends partners who pay them a commission. Travel Tailor works on the traveler's side: the selection follows your wishes, not partner deals.
